According to the enneagram. I'm something of a glutton for experiences. From food to travel to trying my hand in every creative post in the ad world, I like a range of experiences and skills. My wife calls me a hobbyist.
I'm also a Connector, Per Clifton's Strengths Finder. I love bringing people together.
When 2020 happened and I was binge watching every season of Top Chef (for the second time) I got frustrated, and hungry, because I couldn't taste what they were cooking.
So I changed that.
I started doing virtual tastings; pairing friends with chefs, sommeliers, and cheesemongers on Zoom and at the same time. I added some educational content and helped people discover new stories, learn new vocabularies, and eat some darn tasty comestibles along the way.
I told them, the dream is to make this into a show. That's where you come in.
